I try my best not to be seen, if I walked into a room you would barely notice me. Whatever sweetness from my youth still sticks to my bones. With you I am here now like a stone, a cold assassin determined to kill your unhappiness, less than an arm’s length away.

Been living with CFS for a few years now used to be very active travelling & enjoying work & study then it hit me like a truck, however i don't believe it has been all doom & gloom it has been an opportunity (forced upon me no doubt) yet an opportunity for some downtime, to think, write, and observe my life. I have had experiences which I never would have had, for which I have to thank the fatigue and illness. Humility, coming to terms with my own mortality, the ability to travel, live & train with Tibetan Monks in India and the Himalayas, knowledge of my inner strength, which continually surprises me, and more things about myself which I have discovered because I have had to stop in my tracks, reassess and proceed.
