Ellen is the proud daughter of a law enforcement officer who was diagnosed with Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia as an infant. Ellen is cousin to the newest member of our family, Michael, who was diagnosed with West's Syndrome in October 2009 at almost 5 months old. Her big sister has a dear school friend diagnosed with MoyaMoya. Ellen was recently diagnosed with Cat Scratch Disease and has recently finished a course of antibiotics. As a family, we are amazed that in our small circle of life, no less than 4 rare diseases circle around our family and friends.
