Art has always been a very big part of my life. When I think about my art it makes me happy. It gives me a feeling of hope, and love, and new beginnings. It helps pick me up when I’m down and keeps depression away. Color makes me happy. It is empowering to find new ways to express myself with art. There is a little part of me in the colors I use. I look back on my work sometimes and I’m in awe that it’s my creation. My art is my voice to the world. My art sets me free.
