I do not cage myself even being a scleroderma and lupus sufferer over 25 years. I allow myself to travel on parrot trips all over the country. I exercise at the gym and take pilate, zumba and yoga. Along with Calli, I have three more parrots: Yahoo, Blue-front Amazon; Google, Double-yellow Head Amazon; and Dukie Fred Dexter Leonard, an African Grey parrot.

I participate being a Toastmasters, public speaker group. I belong to the Havasu Stitchers. I am a Desert Storm veteran and belong to the Disabled American Veterans.
