At age 13, after having dislocated my knees several times, I was diagnosed with the rare disease Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) type 3. I have pain everyday and wear a knee brace.
Although my EDS restricts me from doing a lot of fun, normal teen things like playing sports, I want to and do lead a fairly normal life.
As an adult I don't want my EDS to have affected the things I've done/ I want to have crazy times and memories full of laughs. So as Francois Rabalais said, "I go to seek a Great Perhaps."
