At age 13, after having dislocated my knees several times, I was diagnosed with the rare disease Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) type 3. Although the pain and annoyance of my knee brace may leave raindrops on my day, there’s always a brighter tomorrow and future ahead of me.
